Hear them
the sky
the clouds
the sun
the moon
the stars.
Gaze steadily at them
as their beauty
declares the glory of God.
These creations
are not muted
are not restrained.
Words are unnecessary.
A loud voice
shouts with rays of light
in the day
and white glows
in the night hours.
The faces of heaven
stand before you continually
as a proclamation
of the glory of God.
GOD
Most excellent
High upon high
Almighty
Take notice and praise!
No man
No woman
Nor animal
can deny this genesis.

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge.
They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world. In the heavens God has pitched a tent for the sun.
