God Chose You!

1 Peter 2:9 NIV

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.

Peter is speaking to you in this verse! This verse is for all Christians. Although Peter wrote this a very long time ago to new Christians facing persecution, his words apply to all generations. You are a chosen person. You are a part of a royal priesthood and a holy nation. You belong to God! Ladies, you are anointed just as the priests were anointed in ancient times.

This week, despite any way you feel or what you face, remember God chose you!
