Let's Meet Jesus
Meet JESUS - Week 1
JESUS wants to meet YOU,
He knows you very well. In fact, He knows you better than anyone else on earth knows you.
However, He wants to meet you. Meet in this sense means "to come together.” Jesus wants to come together with YOU! He has been waiting for you to come.
Well at least say, “Hi.”
“Why do I want to meet Jesus?” you may ask.
Today we will just start with:
You want to meet Jesus because He wants to come together with you, especially you. It’s worth at least saying hello to someone that wants to meet with you. This is just one of the many reasons why you want to meet Jesus. In this new series, I will share with you all the reasons why you want to meet Jesus. The series is called “Let’s Meet Jesus.”
If you come to a place that you want to be saved by Jesus, it is an easy transition. It only requires belief and profession.
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.”
“Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
Dear readers who know Jesus,
this series is for us to work together as a team to introduce others to Jesus. We will explain the great benefits of knowing Jesus and why they will want to meet Him. We get to reach out to those people that do not know Jesus and tell them about Him. This is very exciting! We are a team!
There will be a weekly short blog post and social media posts introducing the reasons why one wants to meet Jesus. Your part is to share it with others and adding your thoughts as well. You can share it with anyone that may not know Jesus or post it on your social media accounts.
It is our mission to be the light to the world. God sent Jesus as a light to the world. Jesus has sent us to be a light.
For “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him?
And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him?
And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?
And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent?
That is why the Scriptures say, “How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!”
Love you all,
